Founded in 1999, Lightbay Sailing Team is a company dedicated to international yacht racing and the organization of tailor-made corporate services: management development, team building, incentive, Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

Since our fondation, we have been committed to participating in the major regattas reserved for the monotype universe: Mumm30, Farr40, Melges20, Melges32 and J/70.
Famous names from the world of international sailing together with true icons from the America's Cup such as Paul Cayard, have collectively contributed, with their charisma, to the team’s story which upholds team spirit as one of its fundamental values.
